Pay Your Dues

Have you ever wondered what your dues go toward?

Your Board of Directors, who are also fellow homeowners, work diligently to use the money paid into the association for the following:

• Trash pickup
• Snow removal
• Repairs of streets, sidewalks, and any other common areas in the community
• Light repairs
• Events for homeowners
• Management fees
• Funding the required statutory reserve
• Mandatory fees paid to the master association

If dues are not paid

If dues are not paid, the account will go into collections and incur additional fees, up to and including all collection efforts available to the association. See what the association can do.

Because of the Planned Unit Development (PUD) agreement, we as an association are responsible for our own services. The City does not provide the services that your dues pay for. This is the document that governs why:
