Your Board of Directors

Our Board members are volunteers. They are also homeowners in our community, elected by the community to serve the terms set forth in the Bylaws. They serve the homeowners of The Reserve at Heritage Village with professionalism and a commitment to a welcoming community.

Every member of the Board is responsible for serving on the Board, voting on association business, helping manage the affairs of the community, and providing oversight of the appointed management company, along with their individual appointed responsibilities as indicated below.

• Lakeisha SuttonPresidentShe is responsible for leading the association as its chief executive officer. She presides at all Board and homeowner meetings and can appoint committees to help run the community.
• Tracey SpringfieldVice PresidentShe is responsible for stepping in and leading in the President’s place whenever the President is absent or unable to act, and for any other duties the Board assigns.
• Trey HarrisTreasurerHe is responsible for the association’s money. He keeps full and accurate accounts of everything received and paid, and sees that all funds are deposited in the association’s name.
• Terra ErovickSecretaryShe is responsible for keeping the minutes of all Board and homeowner meetings, sending notice of those meetings, and keeping the books and papers the Board directs.
• Dr. Yokeitha RameyDirector at LargeShe is responsible for being a full voice in every Board decision, representing homeowners’ concerns across all areas of the community, and leading committees and special projects as the Board assigns them.
